We believe there is a huge vacuum in the pre-construction space for data. We have been collecting and maintaining pre-construction condo data for almost 14 years - data that we believe is invaluable for anyone working with, or investing in new condos.
In our own experience we found that:
- -Getting the latest PDF prices and floor plans for projects is a huge bottleneck
- -It’s almost impossible to find out where in the launch cycle a project is in and if the current prices are actually day 1 prices
- -It requires a full time team to maintain up to date prices and plans across hundreds and hundreds of active projects scattered across the GTA and in some cases across Canada
- -It requires industry insider knowledge, access and connections to have details about upcoming launches and timelines
Projects on talkcondo are updated on a daily basis. This includes floor plans, prices and PDF files.
There is no central data feed like MLS for pre-construction condos - the data on talkcondo is 100% collected, organized, and maintained by our team.
We have a full time data team that keeps talkcondo information up to date by calling dozens of condo projects daily to maintain the latest prices, floor plans, PDF files and more. We constantly scour City applications for the latest projects, and use our industry connections to maintain the latest projects, launch dates, timelines and other key data.
We understand that speed to access new condo files is important for pre-construction condo brokers and our team aims to get the latest prices for a new launch as soon as they become available. Once we have uploaded the files, they are available immediately to our users.
Giving access to your entire team or brokerage means your agents can obtain the latest information directly.
As a team or brokerage manager, you will easily be able to manage who gets access under your account. As a bonus, team and brokerage accounts will be able to change the talkcondo logo to your own company logo to make it feel like an internal system for your team.
Each PRO account will be allowed 3 simultaneous logins for all your devices. If you try to log in a 4th time, your other 3 sessions will automatically be logged out so you can continue on your new device.
PRO users receive access to PDF files without any branding. Teams and brokerages can safely share these files with both agents and clients.
TalkCondo uses Google Drive so you can just share links to the latest prices quickly and easily.
TalkCondo averages the price per square foot of all available units to calculate the average price per square foot of condo projects. This price is automatically re-calculated every time there is any change in price or availability for a condo project.
If you see information we are missing, simply use the “share your files” button on every project page to upload missing files.
The quickest and best way is to create a TalkCondo Pro account and choose whether you’d like to pay monthly or yearly. Once you have created your Pro account, you will just need to login once to enjoy unlimited access to project price history, the entire library of PDF files, including all floor plans, price lists, brochures and any other developer literature.
Once you have downloaded that file from TalkCondo Pro, that becomes free to use and share with clients and colleagues.
You can cancel your subscription any time in your account settings. Your access will remain until the end of your billing cycle. TalkCondo does not offer partial refunds.
