YSL Condos at Yonge & Gerrard to be Developed by Cresford
YSL Condominiums, located at the South East corner of Yonge & Gerrard will be developed by Cresford Developments and will be launching in 2016.
The site will be the home to two huge residential towers standing 73 and 62 storeys that will be connected by a sky bridge. YSL Condominiums will be kitty cornered to Aura, Canada’s tallest residential tower.
It has not yet been confirmed, however, it is widely expected that YSL (which stands for “Yonge Street Living”) will feature a designer tie in with Yves St. Laurent, much like how Cresford have teamed up with designer brands in the past (such as Armani, Fendi, Missoni and Hermes among others) to furnish their condominiums.
