The Selby Launches to Platinum Agents

Cityzen have lifted the lid on their brand new condominium project “The Selby” in a project they highlight as “Decidedly Different”.

The project is located at Sherbourne & Bloor just a few short steps from the Sherbourne Subway Station in a neighbourhood ripe for growth.  The Selby is located nearby the very popular “James Cooper Mansion” condominium by Tridel where resale values average $614 per square based on the last 20 sales (at the time of writing).

The Selby rises 49 Storeys and features a red brick facade with unique architecture as is to be expected from Cityzen.  The architecture integrates the 130 year old heritage  Gooderham Mansion at the base of the tower and helps give the building a “new meets old” feel.

The building features a four storey podium that houses many of the building amenities which feature (but not limited to): gym, rooftop pool, party room and several outdoor lounges.
