New Details Emerge for “The Perry Condos”

The Perry Condos is a new condominium development located in the Annex just north of Avenue & Davenport on Pears Avenue.  The development is a boutique 45 unit development by the Mansouri Group standing at just 12 storeys.

Today we got a brand new rendering of the project and a little more on the project from the developer.
