Lifetime Announce Plans for World’s Biggest Bookstore

Lifetime Developments (developers of Bisha Condominiums, INDX Condominiums and Karma Condominiums among many others) announced the purchase of the “World’s Biggest Bookstore” site back in November of last year and virtually everyone in the development world expected an application for a condominium, but the developers have taken a surprise turn and announced plans to develop a brand new “Restaurant Row”.

The site was purchased for over $50 million and it is expected that Lifetime are taking a more long term vision with the site with future expansion almost certainly on the horizon.

The initial application calls for four restaurants that would feature huge 40ft. ceilings and custom patio and outdoor spacing options.
