Daniels First Home Sells Out in One Day (Mississauga)

Two weeks ago we wrote an article about Daniels First Home Phase 2 in Mississauga getting ready to launch — the development went on sale with 148 Condominium Suites and Townhomes on May 7th, and sold out in a matter of hours.  This launch marked the second single day sell out for Daniels, with First Home Phase 1 also selling out in one day in the Spring of 2010.

Buyers camped out for well over a week for their opportunity to purchase in the development.  The development is perfect for first time home buyers, with prices starting from $145,900 and home owners were able to move into the units within 30, 60 or 90 days – something unheard of in the pre-construction industry.
