A Closer Look at the Architecture at 1Thousand Bay

TalkCondo now have platinum access to 1Thousand Bay with huge discounts (as much as $20,000) from original prices.  Cresford Developments have put together an incredible looking project, however, we have been limited to dark renderings that have not really showcased the neat architecture and unique “shuffled” balcony design.

We recently got our hands on some images of the incredible scale model of 1Thousand Bay that does a much better job of highlighting the unique design.

Scale Model Designers Myles Burke said that the building looks like a “wobbly stack of CD’s”.  Couldn’t articulate it better myself!
