Citylights on Broadway Details Revealed as Launch Nears
One condominium project that is earning some early buzz in the investment community is Citylights on Broadway, located at Yonge & Eglinton. The developers are working to make Citylights the “most affordable community at Yonge & Eglinton” with a very aggressive pricing strategy.
While specific details are a week away, below is a list of what we already know:
- 90% of suites priced between $200,000-$400,000
- 2x 34 storey towers by the Pemberton Group (combined total of almost 900 suites)
- Suites range from 414 sq.ft. to 736 sq.ft.
- Ceiling heights from 8’6″
- 25,000 sq.ft. of amenity space
