BuzzBuzzHome Named in Globe’s “Top 10 Companies to Watch”

It’s no secret that TalkCondo are HUGE fans of BuzzBuzzHome (they even appear in Roy’s “profile” at the bottom of every blog post he writes).  For those unfamiliar with BuzzBuzzHome, the website is an invaluable tool for anyone involved in pre-construction condominiums ranging from Real Estate Agents to Developers to End Users and Investors.  The resale market has Realtor.ca, the pre-construction market has BuzzBuzzHome.

In addition to the incredible map feature which makes it easy to find new condo developments, BuzzBuzzHome also made an effort to create a “social hub” by recently adding forums to the mix.  If you ever need some insight into the pre-construction condominium market, look no further.  It is not uncommon to find developers posting interesting tidbits on the forum (Tridel, Symmetry and Canderel Stoneridge are all relatively active on the forums) as well as other industry leaders (including Inside Toronto Real Estate’s Brian Persaud).
