Alter Condos to Launch This Spring

Tridel have officially announced Alter Condominiums will be launching this spring, a brand new condominium project located at Church & Carlton.

A number of Toronto’s top tiered developers will be building projects along Church and Jarvis as growth starts to shift East of Yonge.  Developers such as Menkes (365 Church), CentreCourt (Core Condos), Freed (Sixty Colborne), Great Gulf (PACE) and most recently Easton’s Group (Dundas Square Gardens) have launched in recent memory.

The projects have all had one thing in common: excellent value while offering excellent access to key downtown amenities such as Eaton Centre, Dundas Square, Transit Lines, the Financial District and Ryerson University.

While specific information is not currently available, we have access to a very early wire drawing of the site as proposed to the City of Toronto.
