TalkCondo has come a long way since our start as a simple blog about pre-construction condos, and we’re very proud to launch a brand new addition to our website that makes finding your next great investment condo easier than ever – allowing you to browse our extensive condo database on live maps!

We’ve spent countless hours organizing each City into popular neighbourhoods, helping you find the exact condo you’re looking for, in the exact neighbourhood.  Go ahead and try searching for a City or Neighbourhood in the search bar at the top or check out some of the popular Cities and Neighbourhoods in the “Condo” menu in the top right.

It is really important to give you key information on each project (such as location, developer, current status etc.) without ever leaving the maps, and so we designed these great project cards that give you a snapshot of every project.  From here you can get more details on the full project page or register to receive all the information delivered right to your inbox.

Not only that, but we understand that browsing for a new condo can be daunting with so many options – so we wanted to make it incredibly simple to add filters to help you narrow down exactly what you’re looking for.  Want a Tridel Condo in pre-construction with a closing of either 2016 or 2017? No problem!

  • Our Top Picks: Right on the home page!  One of the questions we get asked all the time is “What is the best condo project to invest at”, and we’re answering that as soon as you hit the home page with our “TalkCondo Top Picks” – the four hottest condo projects in the Greater Toronto Area
  • Platinum Access, Launching Soon & Special Incentives! Easier to find projects that are “Launching Soon”, in the “Platinum Phase” for first access and projects with “Special Incentives” with large areas dedicated to these popular searches on the home page
  • Project Announcement’s: Direct on Project Pages! We let you know timely information and current incentives available so you don’t miss a beat!
  • Quickly register for the projects that you are interested in! We have conveniently located “REGISTER NOW” buttons on the map and project pages.  Register in a pop-up window so that you can get right back to browsing once you’re done and we’ll take care of getting you all the information delivered right to your inbox!
