Located at Dundas and University in Toronto’s Financial District, the Residences of 488 University by Amexon is a new condo development with 55 stories and 456 luxury condo suites. Suite sizes will range from 950-square-feet to 1,716-square-feet and there are a total of eight different floor plans to choose from. Resident amenities will include a catering kitchen, fitness centre, private resident garden, movie theatre, lounge area, restaurant, and swimming pool. The Residences of University is situated within walking distance of the University of Toronto, as well as steps away from shopping, restaurants, boutiques, and parks.
The College Condominiums by Tribute Communities is under construction at 297 College Street (College Street and Spadina Avenue). The new development is 15 stories and features a total of 226 luxury condo suites. The architectural design is being handled by CORE Architects, with interior design by Bryon Patton & Associates. Resident amenities include a billiards room, exercise space, private dining area, theatre/media room, concierge service, and a terrace. The College Condominiums is just steps away from the University Toronto, as well as being close to Kensington Market, Little Italy, and more.
Exhibit Residences is a new condo project being developed by Bazis Incorporated and Metropia Urban Landscapes & Plaza, located at 200 Bloor Street West in Toronto’s the Annex neighbourhood. It’s currently under construction with an estimated completion date of February 2017. The condo complex will feature 32 stories and 200 condo units, with resident amenities such as a private dining area, yoga/pilates studio, private lounge for residents, concierge service, a caterer’s kitchen, and party room. Architectural design is being handled by R. Varacalli Architects. The project’s convenient Bloor Street West location is mere steps away from the University of Toronto, the Little Italy area, the Discovery District, and dozens of upscale shops and restaurants.
Located at 955 Bay Street in Toronto’s Discovery District, The Britt Condos is a new condo project being developed by Lanterra Developments. The complex will have a total of 41 floors and feature 729 upscale condo suites, ranging in size from 640-square-feet to over 1,190-square-feet. Resident amenities will include a library, exercise room, sauna, bar and lounge space, yoga/pilates studio, theatre room, and a two-story British-inspired lobby. It’s ideally located close to the University of Toronto, Queen’s Park, Ryerson University, and the Royal Ontario Museum.
This new condo development is currently in preconstruction at 411 Church Street in Downtown Toronto, and is being developed by CentreCourt Development. It’s proposed to have 45 stories (total of 491 feet tall) with 583 mixed condo suites and 104 parking spaces. There will also be a 6-story podium and commercial space on the ground floor facing Church Street. Nearby parks include Allan Gardens Conservatory and Joseph Sheard Parkette, and the new complex is ideally located close to Queen West, University of Toronto, Ryerson University, and the Entertainment District.
Teahouse Condos is a new condo project by Lanterra Developments at 501 Yonge Street in Downtown Toronto. The new development is slated to feature two residential towers (52 and 25 stories), with 960 luxury condo suites. Resident amenities will include a zen lounge, sauna, theatre rooms, pet spa, swimming pool, concierge service, board room, and more. Architectural design is being handled by Alliance Architects, and the estimated completion date is January of 2019. Teahouse Condos is ideally located close to two subway stations, shopping options in Bloor-Yorkville, the Eaton Centre, two major universities (Ryerson and the University of Toronto), and more.
Located in the Annex neighbourhood of Toronto, 300 Bloor Street West Condos by Great Gulf Homes is currently in pre-construction 300 Bloor Street West. It’s slated to feature a residential tower with mixed-use condo units. The project’s estimated completion date is still unknown, as is the number of condo units and number of total floors. It is conveniently located just five-minutes away from the University of Toronto St. George campus, and is close to parks like Ecology Park Community Garden and Heron Street Playground.
