Halo Condos is a new condominium project by Cresford located in Toronto's Downtown Core nearby the popular Yonge & College intersection. The project will stand 45 storeys and house 423 suites. ✔ Access to the site is proposed from St. Luke Lane
✔ Approximately 10,000 sq.ft. of interior amenity space + approximately 5,000 sq.ft. of exterior amenity space located on the third floor
✔ Suite breakdown as follows: 27 bachelor suites, 272 one-bedroom suites, 83 two-bedroom suites, 41 three-bedroom suites
✔ Approximately 25,000 sq.ft. of commercial space in the three storey commercial base
