Exchange Condos by Concord Adex will be located in the Cityplace community in downtown Toronto, near the waterfront area. This new condo project is scheduled to be complete sometime in 2018. Suites in Exchange Condos start at around $200,000 and up to $500,000. It’s currently in pre-construction.
