Lifetime Developments have confirmed the purchase of two sites at King & Dufferin (on the South West corner and the North East corner) with the intent to develop two condominium towers that will house 745 suites. The condo project page is currently listed as King and Dufferin Condos

The location sits on the border of Parkdale and Liberty Village, a location that Lifetime Developments have previously developed in with their project Liberty Market Lofts.
