Imperial Plaza are set to close their presentation gallery at the end of the month, offering purchasers a last chance to purchase at pre-construction prices.

Imperial Plaza was the conversion of the old Imperial Oil building located at Yonge & St. Clair, and was touted as one of the best conversion projects in recent years. The site, perched up on a hill offers incredible views of Toronto on the south side from low floors.

The building, an old commercial building has incredible features such as huge ceilings as high as 17 feet, and very slick finishes. Imperial Plaza has been a very popular project since launching in 2010.
