The Best New Condo Launches for Fall 2016
The new condo market has been on fire in 2016. The Spring and Summer gave us some of the most successful new condo launches in recent memory including projects such as Cosmos Condos, Central Park in Ajax, Kennedy’s Condos, Museum FLTS, Rodeo Drive Condos and 8 Cumberland Condos all becoming overnight success stories.
There are a number of high profile condominiums that are getting set to launch this fall and below is our list of the top 10 that we are keeping our eyes on.

➊ 75 on the Esplanade Condos
75 on the Esplanade is located just steps from Union Station in Toronto’s highly sought after St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood. The project is a joint venture by Harhay and Carttera and will stand 34 storeys with 400 suites.
➋ Cosmos Condos Phase 3
The first two phases of Cosmos Condos were ultra popular and sold out in a matter of days. The growing interest in the brand new Downtown Vaughan is due to the new subway station that will connect to the Yonge-University line that has spurred on billions of dollars of investment to turn Highway 7 & Jane into a major new Downtown known as the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. We expect Cosmos Phase 3 to be another sell out success this fall.
➌ Halo Residences on Yonge
Halo Residences on Yonge is the latest condominium project by Cresford Developments with a prime Yonge Street location. Halo is located at Yonge & College with a perfect 100/100 WalkScore and TransitScore. The 45-storey condominium will feature over 400 residential suites and will integrate a heritage clock tower into the base of the design. Halo Condos will launch on September 14th.
➍ Rodeo Drive Condos Phase 2
Lanterra and Cadillac Fairview launched Rodeo Drive Condos, the first of five new condominiums at Shops at Don Mills earlier this summer and was a resounding success. Due to the overwhelming response of the first phase, Lanterra are moving the launch of their second tower ahead of schedule and will launch in the early Fall.
➎ Axis Condos
Axis Condos is the latest new condo project by CentreCourt Developments and is located just steps to Yonge & College. Axis Condos features a unique honeycomb design. CentreCourt are known for selling out their condo projects in record time and have achieved sell out successes with their last 5 condo launches including Peter Street, INDX, Karma, Core and Grid Condos. Axis Condos will be launching in October.
➏ The Wyatt Condos
The Wyatt is the latest condominium in the brand new Daniels Regent Park. The Regent Park re-vitalization is one of the largest scale developments of a neighbourhood in all of North America and will span 69 acres. The Wyatt follows sell out successes such as The Bartholomew, Paintbox Condos, One Park Place Condos and much more.
➐ Daniels Waterfront East Tower
Lighthouse Condos East Tower is the second residential building in the brand new Daniels Waterfront community that will also include two commercial buildings. Lighthouse East will be a 36-storey condominium designed by Giannone Petricone and will share a podium and amenity terrace with the first tower. The East tower will launch the podium (dubbed the “Alumni Collection”) this fall, and the rest of the tower is scheduled to launch in the Spring.
➑ AYC Condos
AYC Condos is located on the border of two of Toronto’s most popular neighbourhoods; The Annex and Yorkville and is located at 181 Bedford. The project is developed by Metropia who enjoyed huge success earlier this year with Rocket at Subway Condos. AYC is short for Annex Yorkville Connection and will stand 27-storeys and house 300 suites.
➒ Home Condos
Home Condos will become Great Gulf’s second major condominium project to launch in 2016 (following the sell out success at 8 Cumberland). Located at Power & Adelaide, Home Condos is a 22-storey condominium located in Toronto’s emerging East End and is just steps to popular areas including the Distillery District and Canary District.
➓ Panda Condos
Panda Condos is the 35-storey development that will rise at the site of the old “World’s Biggest Book Store” by Lifetime Developments. The project is located just steps to Yonge & Dundas, one of Toronto’s busiest intersections drawing over 100,000 pedestrians and tourists every day.
