Tridel continue the re-development of “East Bayfront” – Toronto’s newest waterfront community.

The development of Easy Bayfront is underway with many of the public spaces (Sherbourne Common, Sugar Beach and a quarter of the incredible new boardwalk) already completed.  When completed, the new neighbourhood will almost certainly become one of the most sought after in all of Toronto.

Aquavista is as close as you can get to the water in Toronto without falling in.  In order to maximize water views, Tridel bought in Miami based architecture firm “Arquitectonica” to help design a wonderful curvaceous building that offers incredible lake views from a high percentage of suites.

The amenities include a state of the art gym, a party room and all the essentials that you would expect in a new condominium, however, the one that we can’t take our eyes off is the amazing 2nd floor rooftop space featuring an infinity pool that gets you so close to the lake that you could practically take out your fishing rod.  We’re pretty certain that this space will be a very popular spot in the summertime.
