Canderel have officially revealed the rendering for their soaring 63 storey condominium coming to Yonge & College, YC Condos – and it was certainly worth the wait.
The rendering shows the development looking South West and shows off a cool black and white balcony treatment – but what really caught our eye was the glass space located at the very top of the building which looks like an incredible 63rd storey amenity space.
We have already discussed the developer at length and one of their biggest competitive advantages is their pull in the retail & commercial space. The rendering highlights some excellent space at the foot of the building which we assume will be reserved for AAA tenants just like in other Canderel condominiums.
I don’t think it takes a rocket scientist to realize that we are seriously excited for YC Condos. It has all the makings of one of the best condo launches in 2014 and the early interest has been through the roof. Those who know me know that Canderel are one of my favourite developers in Toronto. They consistently work on great sites and build incredible condominiums that have a terrific track record of maintaining their value.
Who are Canderel? Well, you’ve probably heard of condos called DNA3 (Ranked #2 in the best sales for 2010, only behind One Bloor) which is scheduled for completion in 2013, and Aura (The tallest residential tower in Canada) which is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2012.
