The King Edward Residences was one of the most sought after new developments in 2010, selling a majority of suites in record time. One of the biggest concerns for the development was the fact that there is no parking available, however, hysterical buyers wanted a piece of the redevelopment of the famous hotel that was the Toronto home to so many celebrities such as the Beatles, Elvis Presley, Bill Cosby, Beyonce and the Rolling Stones (to name a few).
The Hotel will be turned into 140 private residences offering a mix of old and new. Modern finishes in a historical setting will make 37 King East a premium address in Toronto for years to come.
