King Charlotte was listed in our "Hot Projects for 2011" list, and with Lamb's recent success with Theatre Park and Glas, it's quite obvious why. His attention to detail with modern designs for both exterior and interior have made Lamb Developments popular choices for home buyers, with Glas commanding some of the highest resale in Toronto (suites reaching around $600 per square foot).
We were originally told this development would be launching in December, and have been sitting on our thumbs waiting for information to come through for a little while. Yesterday we were given information that the development had been given a name (we were surprised they didn't go with Glas II) and a couple of (pretty sweet) renders were released.
