Fuzion Condos is a New Condo Development by Urbancorp & First Capital located just East of Dufferin in the King West and Trinity Niagara neighbourhood. It is scheduled for completion in 2012.
Fuzion Condos is designed to offer affordable condominium living on King West. By keeping amenities to a bare minimum (Party Room and Fitness Centre) they are able to keep their maintenance fees lower. Fuzion Condos feature 8" Ceilings (instead of 9", which is quickly becoming standard among new condo developments).
Similarly to another Urbancorp development; Edge on Triangle Park, where they famously released a 2 bedroom suite squeezed into 480 sq.ft., Fuzion has a similarly small 2 bedroom unit at just 530 sq.ft. (find the floorplan here). The floorplan has largely been given negative feedback from the online community for it's poor design and small second bedroom.
