During the VIP event, the developers stressed "community involvement" within the development, offering a host of unique amenities that bring social living to the fore. One of the key amenities offered is the "Chaz Club", a two-storey lounge and dining space on the 36th floor overlooking the entire city. In addition, Chaz is offering very cool amenities such as a 3D Theater Room, A Games Room (with gaming chairs, steering wheels etc.) among others.
The interior features of Chaz are designed by Cecconi Simone (DNA3, Tableau) and are very sleek. The standard features are very premium and the development is located just a block from the highly popular and sought after "One Bloor" development and offers some strong competition to some of the other pre-construction developments in the area (such as FIVE and St Nicholas Residence)

Chaz is located south of Yonge & Bloor, offering very good competition to nearby developments such as FIVE Condos and Nicholas Residences. Chaz is highly comparable in terms of finishes and (of course) location. In terms of pricing, Chaz is less expensive than One Bloor, however, is priced similarly to both FIVE and Nicholas. The Yorkville neighbourhood has been a very safe place for investors to put their money as demand is always strong in this highly sought after nieghbourhood.
