Bond Condos To Release Top 5 FloorsJanuary 24, 2012
Bond Condominiums, the über cool condominium development in the heart of Toronto's bustling Entertainment District was among the most popular condominium launches in 2011. The Entertainment District is among the most sought after districts in Toronto and we have seen a number of high quality residential towers built and proposed as this pocket of Toronto continues to grow.
Lifetime Developments are set to launch never before available suites dubbed "The City Collection" which will make up the top 5 floors of the stunning 40 storey condominium.
Lifetime sent up the balloon to get some spiffy shots of the views from the 40th floor of The Bond and needless to say, they're pretty incredible.

The Bond Condos Offer Limited Time “Leaseback” PromotionDecember 23, 2011
The Bond Condominiums is easily one of the coolest condominiums that launched in 2011.
Not only is it located in the sizzling Entertainment District at Adelaide & John Street, but it's also being developed by one of Toronto's hottest developers: Lifetime. Add some slick architecture, high quality amenities and suite finishes you're onto a winner.
The development is offering investors an exciting "leaseback" opportunity on studio units which means that the developer will give you a guaranteed lease of your unit upon completion. This type of promotion is only offered in high demand projects where the developer is extremely confident in demand in the future. We have seen similar promotions offered for projects such as Chaz and The Downtown in the past.

The Bond Condominiums has been one of our favourite projects all year. Not only is it developed by the amazing Lifetime Developments, who are on a serious roll in 2011 following the successful launches of The Yorkville, Karma at Yonge & College and The Bond, but it is also located in the heart of the Entertainment District, one of our favourite locations in the entire City.
The Bond recently released a new batch of suites, and with that also released some tasty new interior renderings to add to the very cool exterior rendering seen above. The development will stand 41 storeys and will replace the existing Alice Fizoolis.

VVVIP Access: The Bond Condominiums at Adelaide & JohnSeptember 6, 2011
It's September which means that we are in line for some serious Condominium action over the next 4-6 weeks. A number of new developments will be coming to market that have both investors and end users salivating. Recently we ran a couple of articles highlighting our top picks for this fall, and today we are announcing the VVVIP (or Platinum, or Super VIP or whatever you like to call it) launch for one of those developments: The Bond Condominiums.
The Bond is developed by one of Toronto's premiere developers: Lifetime Developments (their recent track record includes incredible projects such as Bisha, The Yorkville, M5V among many others) and is located right in the heart of the Entertainment District.
The development will stand 41 Storeys Tall, offering a wide selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and is designed and oriented for incredible views.
The development also boasts incredible amenities, including a state of the art fitness and yoga studio including his and hers sauna, outdoor pool, hot tub and sub lounge, outdoor lounges, golf and games rooms - basically everything you could ever want in a condominium.
As you would expect from Lifetime Developments, suite features are of a very high quality with Floor-to-Ceiling (9ft.) windows, Engineered Wood Floors Throughout, Smooth Ceilings, Designer Contemporary Kitchens featuring Natural Stone or Quartz Counters, Integrated Fridge and Dishwasher and Upgraded Washrooms.
It's no secret that we strongly believe that the Entertainment District is one of the hottest locations for investors. Ever since the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) made King & John their new home, this neighbourhood has undergone a huge transformation which has turned it into one of the most sought after locations in the entire City. First came TIFF, then came the high end hotels (Hotel Le Germain, Ritz Carlton), then came the high end restaurants and in time, the Entertainment District will be home to some of the best Condominiums (M5V, Charlie, Mercer, Bisha, Theatre Park, Peter Street Condos and The Bond just to name a few).
The future for this neighbourhood looks bright, too. The City of Toronto are pouring millions of dollars into making John Street the "Cultural Corridor" of Toronto with plans to open up the streets, pave them with Cobblestone and turn the street into a very pedestrian friendly area.
