Bauhaus is a New Condo Development by Enirox and Rams Head located on the edge of the Financial District and the St. Lawrence Market District. It is scheduled for occupancy in December 2011.
Bauhaus is an 18 storey development with 147 suites located at King & Sherbourne. The development integrates a 19th century building into to the design. The development has 9' Ceilings in most suites, however floors 5-9 have 8' ceilings. The main floor will house 3,000 square feet of retail space.
At the time of writing, this development was shelved due to issues with the 19th Century Building. It is currently being re-worked to the new "King + Condos" development.
