YC Condos Unveil High Res Rendering

The anticipation for YC Condos is at an all time high.  The project is set to launch in the next few weeks and is the project that we have been asked more about than any other project in recent memory.

The developer has revealed the high resolution rendering that gives us an incredibly detailed look at the project.

The rendering looks south west at YC Condominiums and highlights the incredible glass structure with contrasting black and white balconies to add definition and help the project stand out from the crowd.

There were a couple of major items that really caught our eye in the rendering (you can click the images for larger pictures!)

That rooftop glass space has been keeping us up for weeks.  The lightbox will sit over 60 storeys and overlook Toronto.  We have a sneaking suspicion that it might be an incredible amenity space (Click for larger image)

The podium level pays homage to the brick building immediately south with the rust coloured glass.  Closer inspection of the rendering reveals a fitness centre, office-like space and common areas (click for larger image)
