Stunning Images Reveal 68 Storey Tower at Yonge & Eglinton

The introduction of the Crosstown LRT along Eglinton is having an enormous impact on Condos in Yonge & Eglinton, an intersection primed to become one of the most important hubs in the entire City.

Early look at a brand new proposed 68 Storey Tower at Yonge & Eglinton

The location is already one of the most sought after in Toronto, but the last few years have seen a boom in development that will turn Yonge & Eglinton into one of the most densely populated intersections with incredible access to two major transit lines.

The latest addition to this intersection is a brand new site on the South East corner, where a proposal for a 68 storey tower has been submitted for 1 Eglinton East Condos.

This new tower is designed by Hariri Pontarini (the same architecture behind One Bloor) and features a stunning design that is expected to connect to the subway station.

If approved, this new tower will join a long list of developments that will change the face of Yonge & Eglinton, including E Condos, Art Shoppe Condos, 2221 Yonge Condos, The Madison, The Eglinton Condos and 155 Redpath (to name a few, for a full list of developments available at Yonge & Eglinton, check out the neighbourhood page)
