SQ Condos Brings Downtown Master Planned Community

Tridel are one of GTA’s oldest and most trusted developers.  Their resume is second-to-none and their trophy cabinet boast countless awards and accolades.

Tridel bringing forward thinking and eye catching designs to Queen & Spadina

Their latest project is bringing brand new and modern housing to Alexandra Park at Queen & Spadina with SQ Condos.  The condominium is located on a quiet side street just north west of the vibrant Queen & Spadina intersection where Tridel describe the location as “Downtown without the density”.

The site is located in fashionable Queen West with fast access to transit lines (highlighted by a transit score of 100), restaurants, entertainment, financial district and the entertainment district (and a walk score of 98).

Tridel will be working together with TCHC (Toronto Community Housing Corporation) to bring new life to the neighbourhood with 6 brand new condominium buildings.

Tridel have pushed the design boundaries as far as they will go and have designed a unique tower that both eye catching and modern.  The “SQ” refers to both the “Spadina/Queen” intersection and also the “SQuare” influenced design by Teeple Architects.

The renderings are absolutely stunning and really showcase Tridel’s ambition in this project.
