Metrolinx Reveal Stunning New GO Bus Terminal at Union Station

Metrolinx have revealed a stunning new two-tower development at Union Station that will house a new and improved bus terminal and two 48 storey office towers.

Highlights of the project include:

  • The development is projected to cost $2 billion
  • Construction will begin in 2015 and is expected to be completed in 2018
  • The two offices will include 2.7 million sq.ft. of office space
  • A brand new “Sky Park” to be built over the rail tracks to connect the two towers
  • The towers will connect to the PATH network
