Hotel & Condo Project at King & Blue Jays Gets a Name
Back in December we announced that the Easton Group of Hotels would be teaming up with Remington Homes to develop a new Condominium & Hotel located at the South East Corner of King & Blue Jays Way. Today we started to get a few tidbits on the project that is expected to launch to Platinum agents in the next few months.

The project will feature two towers standing 47 and 35 storeys tall housing 542 residential suites and 116 hotel suites and will be known as "King Blue Condos" paying homage to the incredible King & Blue Jays location. The site was purchased by the Easton Group of Hotels for a mind-boggling $70 million and they will be bringing on Remington Homes to develop the project.
It is currently unknown what brand of Hotel that Easton Group plans to bring to the location. Easton Group has a number hotel brands in their portfolio.
