Great Gulf Confirm Site Acquisition at Yonge & Richmond

Great Gulf (developer of One Bloor, TUX, Charlie, X, X2, Pace and Monde among others) have recently confirmed a new condominium coming to the heart of Toronto at Yonge & Richmond. 

It has been rumoured at a major developer had recently purchased the land at 25 Richmond Street East, and Great Gulf Homes' official website lists "Yonge & Richmond, Condos just off of Yonge Street in Downtown Toronto".  It is an extremely exciting site for a residential project with early rumours suggesting a 46 storey building.

The site is located just south of Massey Tower which launched earlier this year to roaring success.  Located nearby transit on the Yonge subway line, the Eaton Centre and just a stones throw from the Financial District, this site has incredible potential.
