First Look at Alter Condos

Today we got our first glimpse of Alter Condominiums, a brand new project to be launched by Tridel this Spring.  The rendering shows off a 33 storey development (which will include 333 suites) and a building design that “shifts” every 3rd floor.  That’s a lot of 3’s.

Alter Condominiums is located at Church & Carlton, just one block east of Yonge & College.  The Church Street “revitalization” has received a lot of demand from buyers – located just a couple of minutes from Yonge Street with a significantly smaller price tag.

Tridel join a list of other top tiered developers who have launched (and sold) successful projects on Church Street including Menkes, CentreCourt and Freed.
