Cadillac Fairview have revealed an exciting rendering for their vision of the brand new office tower at 156 Front Street (the current location of Joe Badali’s Restaurant).

A closer look at the curves of 156 Front

The tower is designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the same team behind the Kingdom Tower (the 1,000 meter tall tower in Saudi Arabia).

The new tower features unique curves and some rather angry looking mechanical sections on the east facade (you’ll see what we mean when you check out the images…).

This application is the second large scale project currently in the works by Cadillac Fairview, with the 65 Storey 2 Queen West also currently in the application phase as the company looks to put a real marker on the Toronto Skyline.
