365 Church; Meet 355 Church

365 Church is a new condominium project by Menkes that will launch later this year, located at the north east corner of Church & McGill.  The project has been on the lips of buyers for some time given the location's proximity to Ryerson and the brand new "Super Loblaws" located at the old Maple Leaf Gardens.

It was recently announced that the site immediately south of 365 Church, the current home of "Family Services Association of Toronto" located at 355 Church is also under application for development for a 33 Storey Residential Tower featuring 335 residential suites.

Church Street looks like it will be undergoing a huge transformation in the coming years.  355 Church will mark the third new residential project in quick succession following 60 Colborne (at Church & King) and the aforementioned 365 Church (at Church & McGill).
